Little Ben is a young boy who is learning about the world around him. He is curious about everything, and he loves to ask questions. One day, Ben asks his mother what yes and no mean. His mother tells him that yes means something is good or acceptable, and no means something is bad or unacceptable. Ben is confused by this, so his mother gives him some examples. She tells him that it is good to eat healthy foods, so the answer to the question "Should I eat this cookie?" is yes. But it is not good to eat too much candy, so the answer to the question "Should I eat this candy bar?" is no.

Ben understands now, and he is excited to use his new knowledge. He asks his mother if he can go outside and play. His mother says yes, and Ben runs outside to play with his friends.

As Ben plays, he sees a group of boys teasing a smaller boy. Ben knows that it is not good to tease others, so he goes over to the group and tells them to stop. The boys are surprised that Ben would stand up to them, but they stop teasing the smaller boy.

Ben is proud of himself for ng the right thing. He knows that it is important to be kind and helpful to others, and he is glad that he can use his knowledge of yes and no to make the world a better place.
